“The Free International Laboratory’s founding ethic proposes that answers not found in construction should be sought in that construction’s material. Answers not found in the material should be sought in the yarn. Answers not found in the yarn should be sought in the yarn’s fiber. Answers not found in the fiber should be sought in the plant from which the fiber was extracted. Answers not found in the plant should be sought in the seed from which the plant was harvested… DeepQUALITY. This is a statement of belief, intent, commitment, and humility. Visvim.”

Stefano from The-Undisputed sent Vincent and I a little unexpected gift. After opening the package, I was speechless for 10 minutes because of his generosity. The best part is, I’ve been eyeing this piece for 3 weeks and it turned out better than I imagined. The Egyptian cotton on this Giza pocket l/s tee feels incredibly nice. Check out The-Undisputed online shop. They will be receiving new goods in the next few weeks. Stefano! Ti ringrazio per il regalo!

I was working at my internship when a package came for me in this morning at the shop. I know the best part of receiving goods in the mail is the anticipation and tearing the box apart, but I couldn’t say no when JK and Vincent called me asking if they could peek in the box. I came home to find these photos in my email.

Japan

May 2010 I should be finished my University degree. I’m hoping to visit Japan. I can’t explain the attraction I have to that part of the world. Putting Japanese streetwear/fashion aside for a second, since the beginning of my University degree, most of my elective classes were anything Asian studies/religions. Having nothing to do with what I am studying, Buddhism, Shinto, Taoism, and Folk Religions of Japan and China simply tickle me. It’s random and nerdy I know but who cares.
To the person tripping out, a response is in the comment section for you.

I need need need women’s Visvim Hockney’s in my life. SIZE 6-6.5 women’s if anyone knows. Seen it last week in my size on a Japanese online consignment shop. Emailed them but was out of luck… they were sold. A rare gem.
Email me or leave a comment if you know something that I don’t about these.
