German shoemaker Albert Messmer was the first to realize the lack of traction on a wet football (soccer) pitch. He created the first football cleat that was the foundation to what has become hummel, a performance footwear company. 81 years later, hummel had become the official sponsor of the Danish National Soccer Team and was worn by the Royal Family. 2010 marks the launch of the hummel in North America.

I love my new booklet and pencil!

I’m pretty much the only person who comes in the office on Saturdays. I guess it shows how much work I need to catch up on every week. My office space is a mess because I share it with boys. Everytime I clean  it up, it ends up worse a few days later.

It’s time for me to get back on my work mode. I need to juggle being an intern, a full-time student, work, and booking season for the next few months. This means longer days and less sleep. It’s okay, some of it is all fun for me. Like the Nike Fall 2010 booking I just went to. Dang I wish I could show you previews of an upcoming Tier Zero shoe…

Hearty girls along with Married To The Mob and Hellz Bellz are presenting a party at Suco Lounge. I wish I could be there but I’ll be in Boston that day. When the Hearty girls are involved, you know it will be good. They are natural party hosts. Besides, Montreal is lacking love for the female side of things in our industry.
