Ne S’ennuie Jamais à Paris

Saturday, March 9th, 2013

The next 3 days in Paris consisted the usual hang outs with the crazy Euro friend, drinks, and delicious food. My favorite part of being in France? Whenever it was time for an apéro.

Raclette!

Parc des Princes

Sunday, March 3rd, 2013

I was due for a winter vacation. Debated on my options and thought it was time to go to Europe to try to catch a soccer match or two. I took the Americano with me and headed out to our first stop, Paris. We initially had planned to stop in France to go to the PSG vs Marseille on the Saturday, but they moved the game to the Sunday. Unfortunately we had more important matters to attend to that day (you’ll know why in a later post). So as soon as we landed we decided what better way to start the trip and make up for not being able to go to the French derby game, than take a tour at Paris Saint-Germain’s very own Parc des Princes.

Putain!

On the pitch.

Côte D’Azur – Antibes

Tuesday, July 24th, 2012

I spent the first 2 weeks of July in the South of France with my family. My cousins live in Antibes which is probably my favorite part of the Côte D’Azur. Like my grandparents they left Italy to find better work. Except they live in a lovely town about an hour a way from the border of the motherland. Their home is on the rocky mountains, 10 minutes from the Mediterranean sea, 30 minutes from everything else. Oh how I would move there in a heartbeat.
