I know this boy who can make dreamy images look real. Who thinks imperfections are beautiful. I know this boy who can make or do anything. He can sculpt you a castle out of nothing. I know this boy that can dance his way through life. It’s like he’s got twinkle toes on his feet. I know this boy who does things out of the goodness of his heart. He hardly says no to the ones he loves. I know this boy who appreciates his surroundings. He knows what is real and what is not. I know this boy who is the only boy I know that knows what’s good for him.
Well… this boy received bad news today. It shot him down like a ton a bricks just hit him.
He should know that I say to keep his chin up and that he will figure out what to do next.
And that because he does all these great things, and because he is my friend… I baked him cookies to make him smile.

Last Thursday I went with Kelly to a RVCA booking to see the Fall 2009 collection. Shit looks tight. Looks like flannel button downs will be returning this fall.
Once Kelly was done putting hearts next to her possible buys for the store, we creeped our way downstairs to say hi to Michelle who does Keep. Her pups were there so I got a chance to get all hyper with them. Friends, meet Chloe and Bacon… the cutest little brats you will ever see.

I’ve been busy lately with enjoying the fact of not really having anything to do but work. Hence my lack of blogging. I am taking summer classes till august so I’m pretty much stuck in the city. Here is the plan for summer in the city 09:
*getting a bike this week
*getting back in shape for them summer shorts
*summer classes till August (starts this coming Monday)
*AC Milan vs Inter Milan in Boston (July 26)
*studio art classes for the next 8 weeks.
*ice cream in the parks
*bike rides around the city
*playing outdoor football aka soccer
*after dinner walks with Melina
*colorful nail polish
*wearing nothing else but vans on my feet
*a best friend back from Holland
*wants to plan a trip to Luxembourg somewhere between all this

I just received this A.P.C. cardigan in the mail. I’ve been told that I always wear cardigans over everything. Lately I hate wearing my black cardigan with dark denim. For this spring, I’m sticking with the beige’s, brown’s and oatmeal.

Thank you Vincent for the pretty photos.

I’ve never been to Napoli. I hear how ghetto it is and how the mob rule the streets. Most North Americans associate the Mafia directly to Sicily, but really they can be found in most cities and provinces of Italy.
Today, Jeremy from Rated Rookies came into the office to tell me about this movie that just hit AMC in Montreal.
Gomorra is a 2008 Italian film based on the book by Roberto Saviano. It deals with modern-day crime families in Camorra in Naples and Caserta. From what I understand this book is based on real events that the author had witness living in Naples.

A couple of my friends have launched a new magazine based out in NYC. These girls have always had their shit together and made things happen. I am super proud of them. Hearty is a women’s lifestyle magazine. It’s about time that there is a good women’s mag with interesting content. Yey for Hearty Magazine.com

Last night was the launch of the Nike Sportswear Store in Montreal. Their first location is in Fairview Mall. I don’t know why they have decided to open up all the way there but I guess it’s a start. Check out more pictures on Marcus Troy.
